EEUU: Senador advierte a Casa Blanca contra uso de ‘influencia política’ en caso AT&T/Time Warner
Se espera que la fusión de US$85,000 millones entre AT&T y Time Warner, la compañía matriz de CNN, se cierre para fines de año, si no antes, en caso de obtener la aprobación del gobierno. Pero la cuestión de si se aprobará ha surgido nuevamente, después de que el New York Times informara que la Casa Blanca, actualmente en conflicto con cadenas de noticias como CNN, estaba considerando usar el acuerdo como “apalancamiento”.
