Las autoridades de competencia de Perú han iniciado un proceso de sanción contra seis empresas navieras acusadas de coludirse en el transporte marítimo de carga rodante. Entre las empresas señaladas se encuentran la Compañía Marítima Chilena SA y Compañía Sudamericana de Vapores SA, dando un giro bi-nacional al caso.
