La autoridad de competencia española, CNMC, ha anunciado que investiga posibles prácticas anticompetitivos en el mercado de la edición y comercialización de libros de texto no universitarios. Las infracciones incluirían acuerdos concertados entre distintos agentes para limitar las políticas comerciales que pueden promover los cambios de editoriales de referencia para libros de texto.
