La CNMC de España ha presentado cargos de sanción contra las principales farmacéuticas que operan en el país, incluyendo Pfizer, S.L.U., Janssen-Cilag, Merck Sharp & Dohme de España, Lilly, Sanofi-Aventis y Novartis Farmacéutica por una posible conducta anticompetitiva. La infracción consistiría en el establecimiento de unos sistemas de distribución a través de los cuales habrían implantado o pretenderían implantar un sistema de doble precio, además de un acuerdo colusorio entre los laboratorios.
