Brasil: Heineken llega fuerte a mercado brasileño con compra de Kirin Brasil por $706 mdd
La cervecera multinacional Heineken ha anunciado la compra de Kirin Brazil, parte del grupo japonés Kirin Japanese Group, por €664 millones ($706 millones de dólares approx). La compra vuelve a Heineken la segunda mayor cervecera en Brasil. La compra aún espera la aprobación por parte del Consejo Administrativo de Defensa Económica (CADE).
