Walmart, Cencosud y SMU, cadenas de supermercado acusadas de integrar un cártel de fijación de precios en Chile, entregaron al Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC) su listado de testigos que declararán en un proceso que se extenderá hasta inicios de 2017. En esta lista destacan: Alejandro Jadrecic, decano de la facultad de ingeniería de la UAI, y Karen Thal Silberstein, psicóloga y actual gerenta general de CADEM. Ambos declararían a petición de Cencosud.
