The Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley and Patrick Leahy, along with Chairman and Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Antitrust Competition and Policy and Consumer Rights, Mike Lee and Amy Klobuchar, have announced the Antitrust subcommittee will be holding a hearing on the proposed deal between AT&T and Time Warner.
