EU: Baker & McKenzie has new antitrust head

Brussels-based Fiona Carlin has succeeded Samantha J Mobley as the head of Baker & McKenzie’s global competition and antitrust team.

    At the conclusion of its Annual Partner meeting held in Barcelona leading global law firm Baker & McKenzie has announced a number of changes to its leadership teams with immediate effect.

    Paul Rawlinson becomes the 15th Chairman of Baker & McKenzie and the first British Chairman of the Firm.

    The Firm also announced that a new industry group – Global Consumer Goods – will be created, led by Alyssa Gallot-Auberger and Simone Musa will be taking over from Duane Webber to lead the Firm’s Tax Group. Jane Hobson will also be stepping down as Global Chair of the Healthcare Group, to be replaced by Ben McLaughlin.
