La Comisión Europea ha dado un paso más en el expediente de oficio que abrió a España en 2013 en el que cuestionaba abiertamente los monopolios de las interconexiones internacionales de la electricidad y el gas de que disfrutan REE y Enagás, respectivamente. La CE ha emitido un dictamen motivado, en el que se reafirma en sus primeras conclusiones y pide a España un cambio en la normativa para adecuarla a las citadas directivas.
