El Consejo Administrativo para la Defensa Económica (CADE) de Brasil ha publicado su Resolución No. 16, la cual fija las obligaciones del organismo en procesos de notificación de fusiones bajo el esquema llamado ‘Fast-Track Proceeding’. Según la nueva resolución, la unidad responsable de analizar, aprobar o cuestionar nuevas fusiones entre empresas deberá observar un límite de 30 días – contados a partir de la fecha de notificación – para decidir los pasos a seguir.
