La cadena de supermercados mexicana Soriana y la chilena Falabella desarrollarán un negocio de tiendas para el mejoramiento y construcción del hogar, el cual recibirá una inversión a cinco años de 600 millones de dólares. El negocio, que iniciará operando en México, “buscará desarrollar un negocio financiero para el desarrollo de una oferta integrada de servicios y productos de crédito… que potencialicen sus beneficios hacia el cliente” dijo Soriana en un comunicado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores.
