Russia: K-Telecom accused of violating competition law

Russian federal competition regulator FAS has accused regional mobile operator K-Telecom, working under the Wind Mobile brand in the Crimea peninsula, of violating competition law, reports Comnews.ru.

    The watchdog believes the regional operator applied discriminating roaming service conditions to other Russian mobile operators. The investigation was initiated following the submission of a complaint by mobile operator Megafon. FAS has made the regional operator modify the conditions in its roaming agreements by 22 April.
