Chile: Starbucks y Cencosud forman alianza para competir con Falabella-Juan Valdéz
Cencosud, operadora de diversas tiendas departamentales (Tiendas París), se ha lanzado a la carrera por el mercado del café al formar una alianza con Starbucks, la cadena norteamericana, con el objetivo de competir contra el jugador dominante, controlado por la empresa Falabella en asociación con la empresa cafetalera colombiana, Juan Valdez, la cual cuenta con 22 ubicaciones en el país.
