La Comisión Nacional de Mercados y Competencia (CNMC) ha decido alargar durante dos años más las condiciones a las que se sometió el acuerdo de fusión entre Antena 3 y La Sexta. Dicha concentración fue aprobada en 2012, sometida al cumplimiento de condiciones relacionadas con la publicidad televisiva, la adquisición de contenidos audiovisuales y otras condiciones.
