Kelley Drye & Warren LLP announced Wednesday that it has lured the former chairman of Chadbourne & Parke LLP’s antirust and trade regulation department who also has experience with mergers and acquistions to its Washington, D.C., office.
David H. Evans, who joins Kelley Drye as a partner in its antitrust and competition practice group, maintains a diverse practice that includes civil and criminal antitrust litigation, as well as complex international mergers and acquisitions.
“David Evans will be a tremendous asset to Kelley Drye’s Antitrust practice,” said Kathleen Cannon, managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office. “He has expertise that will greatly complement this office, adding to our knowledge and reputation in the competition space. We’re thrilled he is joining the firm.”
