US: Bitcoin group enters merger agreement

Tera Group Inc, the operator of the US’s first regulated Bitcoin, recently signed a merger agreement with MGT Capital Investment. This merger adds a crucial step that should make the former a publicly listed company, Fierce Finance reported.

    While financial terms were not disclosed, Tera Group’s investment in MGT will give it a majority stake in the combined company.
