Canada: One of the largest law firms in the world just got a little bit bigger

DLA Piper, an international law firm with 4,200 lawyers in 30 countries, is merging with Vancouver-based Davis LLP. Partners of Davis LLP agreed to the merger in a vote held last week. When the merger closes in April, Davis LLP will become known as DLA Piper LLP.
