Global medical technology companies, CareFusion Corporation and Becton, Dickinson and Company recently announced results a vote on the proposed merger of the two companies. The vote was taken on January the 21st with 76% of shares outstanding cast in favor of the proposal.
The merger deal between the companies is making significant progress, and is now expected to close in the first half of 2015.
