US: Former FCC competition chief moves to Wilkinson Barker Knauer

    Patrick Halley has joined Wilkinson Barker Kauer in Washington, D.C. after more than four years at the communications watchdog. His most recent position at the FCC was as had of the agency’s competition arm, as well as advisor to Chairman Wheeler of e-rate modernization.

    Halley had also served at the FCC’s Office of Legislative Affairs and Technology Transitions Task Force.

    Wilkinson Barker Knauer focuses its practice on energy and communications law. Halley will serve as Of Counsel at the firm, effective Monday, January 12.
