Seyfarth Shaw announced Monday the hiring of four new lawyers, one of which will boost the law firm’s antitrust expertise with his experience at Bingham McCutchen.
According to reports, William Berkowitz will join Seyfarth in Boston. He comes from Bingham, where he was its co-chair of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation practice group.
Seyfarth says the four lawyers as a whole bring litigation experience surrounding matters of antitrust compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other competition-related issues. The group has more than 90 years of combined experience in various industries including foreign automotive manufacturers and real estate, Seyfarh said.
All four will join Seyfarth’s Litigation department.
