US: Antitrust, IP litigator joins Hagens Berman

Antitrust and intellectual property litigator Philip Graves has joined Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.

    Graves will boost the firm with his more than two decades of experience in patent cases touching upon a variety of technologies. Those cases have involved medical device patent disputes, copyright infringement and unfair competition.

    Managing partner Steve Berman described the addition of Graves to the team as one that will “bolster” its intellectual property practice.
