China: Pillsbury launches new outfit in Beijing

    The law firm, which specializes on cross boarder investments and antitrust, also has locations in Tokyo and Shanghai.

    According to reports, five lawyers from Paul Hastings were picked to open the new Pillsbury office. Leading the new location will be David Livdahl and Jenny Jia Sheng, both from Paul Hastings.

    Livdahl specializes in cross-boarder mergers and acquisitions, while Sheng focuses on antitrust, intellectual property and other specialties.
