US: Discount retailer sues Apple, Amazon

A discount online retailer known as Hard 2 Find Accessories is suing both Apple and Amazon, accusing the conglomerates of illegally conspiring to un-list Hard 2 Find products.

    According to reports, Hard 2 Find says Amazon unfairly blocked its seller account, which listed discount Apple products. Legal documents say Apple believed the products were counterfeit. The suit is accusing Amazon and Apple of conspiring with each other to take down the listings.

    Both Apple and Amazon declined to comment on the matter.
