    ABSTRACT: As the United States Supreme Court finalizes its docket for the October 2014 term, state regulatory boards will be paying close attention to the outcome of a case certain to clarify board immunity from antitrust liability and whose outcome may impact the ability of state boards act to act in furtherance of the goal of public protection.
