    Bruce A. Colbath will join the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation group; he joins the firm from Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

    According to a press release, Colbath has extensive experience representing clients in antitrust class actions brought before federal and state courts, involving the pharmaceutical, automobile and software industries, among others. His clients have included L’Oreal USA and MasterCard.
