South Africa: Tribunal member begins five-year appointment

Fiona Tregenna, who was appointed as a part-time member of South Africa’s Competition Tribunal, has officially begun her five-year term following her appointment to the position by President Jacob Zuma.

    Tegenna is the seventh part-time member of the Tribunal, which also includes three full-time members, including chairman Norman Manoim.

    Tregenna was involved in the nation’s development of competition policy in the 1990s at the National Economic Development and Labour Council.
