India/Spain: Watchdog clears auto parts consolidation deal

The Competition Commission of India announced Thursday the clearance of India-based Mahindra & Mahindra Group’s proposal to absorb Spain-based auto marts manufacturer CIE Group. According to the plan, CIE will consolidate its units throughout Europe within Mahindra Systech.
