Swaziland: Competitions Commission promotes 100% success in court since founding
Since the beginning of operations in 2008, the Swaziland Competitions Commission announced a 100 percent success rate in all matters brought to court, say reports. The watchdog updated media with its happenings, which include 37 approved mergers and investigations within three markets since its founding. Repots say the Commission cleared deals with the energy, hospitality and pharmaceuticals markets, to name a few. Investigations zeroed-in on sectors including poultry farming, private health and commercial and retail properties.
