UK: CC looks for feedback on AEG, Wembley stadium deal clearance

The UK’s Competition Commission announced the opening of public feedback regarding the watchdog’s approval of entertainment conglomerate AEG to manage the Wembley Arena complex. The deal saw AEG acquire the management of the arena from rival Live Nation, though following the acquisition other market competitors raised concerns because AEG also manages the O2 arena, London’s other major stadium. The Office of Fair Trading referred the case to the Commission last March.
