US: Law firm versus law firm in PA antitrust case

Two Pennsylvania-based law firms specializing in personal injury are now to go head-to-head in court over allegations one violated antitrust law. Larry Pitt & Associates filed a suit against Lundy Law LLP, alleging Lundy violated the Sherman Antitrust Act with monopolistic behavior in the personal injury legal services market concerning advertising. Court documents show Larry Pitt & Associates accuse Lundy Law as well as its principal Leonard Lundy of “predatory conduct” that has lead to exclusivity contracts with advertising platforms, prohibiting Larry Pitt & Associates from market entry within ad markets like public transit and television.
