Egypt: Antitrust authority sends uncooperative mobile operators to public prosecutors

 |  February 26, 2013

Two of Egypt’s largest mobile operators have been referred to public prosecutors for investigation by Egypt’s Competition Authority, which claims the operators were uncooperative with the ECA. Mobinil and Etisalat are reported to have been uncooperative in an investigation by the authority.
