The Franchise Services of North America has announced that Adreca Holdings Corp. Has finalized its acquisition of various concessions from Hertz Global Holdings Inc. Hertz was required to divest some of its assets after it acquired Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group for $2.56 billion last December. As a result, Adreca has bought the Advantage Rent-A-Car brand from Hertz. Adreca has opened up new rental locations as a result of its acquisitions, both on- and off-airport.
