Sky Angel and C-SPAN continue to feud in court as Sky Angel has reportedly requested to a Federal Appeals Court that it deny C-SPAN’s motion to dismiss Sky’s antitrust suit against it. C-SPAN requested last month that Sky Angel drop the suit, which was filed last fall alleging that C-SPAN “improperly” withdrew its programming and that the company harmed competition by doing so. There has been no update as of yet concerning whether the case will go through in court.
