A class action lawsuit has been filed against major construction companies including Gypsum Company and CertainTeed Corp. over allegations of price-fixing. The suit, filed by two individuals from Florida and New York, have filed the antitrust suit claiming that the companies, since September 2011, have been colluding to fix the prices of drywall, also known as gypsum board. The suit was filed in Philadelphia.
