Pakistan: Competition Commission among those who refused account audits

The Competition Commission of Pakistan is one of 28 entities that have refused to have their accounts audited by the National Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee. The PAC, in response, is investigating the refusals and will summon the parties in the next week to hear their reasoning to refuse the Committee to audit their accounts. The Committee and its chairman Nadim Afzal Chan have expressed disapproval of the refusals.
