U.S.: Pharmaceutical feud continues on in antitrust case

A longtime antirust suit against King Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Mutual Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. has been re-ignited by SigmaPharm Inc. The plaintiff is accusing the two companies of a conspiracy to suppress the release of Skelaxin, a brand name owned by King, therefore robbing SigmaPharm of its share in royalties over the generic brand. The suit was filed in Pennsylvania federal court.
