China: U.S. judge orders document search of China Pharm in price-fixing case

China Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has been ordered by a U.S. judge to hire an outside specialist to do a documentation search of the pharmaceutical company. Judge James Orenstein made the order as he presides over a current suit charging several vitamin C makers with price-fixing. The plaintiffs had previously complained that CPG had done a “woefully inadequate” job at their own documentation search.
