Channel Islands: Investigation opened into land-line providers

The Channel Islands Competition and Regulatory Authorities has opened a sweeping investigation into the practices of landline telephone practices. The CRA decided to open a probe after complaints increased over phone company charges. The CRA’s deputy chief executive Michael Byrne says consumers are in a “particularly weak position” due to a lack of competition in the market.
