U.S.: AA trial against Sabre proceeds despite judge recusal

The trial for charges against Sabre Holdings Corp., made by American Airlines was not delayed as expected due to the recusal of a judge. The case proceeded with opening remarks on Wednesday as scheduled as American Airlines accused Sabre from withholding AA fares and flight data on its website, arguing that the airline has suffered $993 million in damages due to Sabre’s “crushing” of the competition, according to AA lawyers.
