Russia: Putin orders finalization of Rosneft/TNK-BP deal

In a deal that could amount to $3 to $5 billion, Rosneft’s acquisition of TNK-BP was ordered to be finalized by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Rosneft will buy half of TNK-BP from BP, and half from Alfa- Access-Renova.
