Florida federal judge might be forcing Florida West International Airways Inc to release key financial information and documents about the airline’s no-contest plea in a price-fixing scheme. The DOJ argued that the hesitancy to release missing key financial information makes it impossible for the department to issue an accurate sentencing recommendation. These financial records were previously requested in court and were promised twiced by the airlines.
