    Joshua Soven served as the Antitrust Division’s Litigation I Section chief from 2007 to 2012, overseeing a team of lawyers who prosecuted antitrust violations in a number of industries, including insurance and health care. He is now joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a partner in its Washington D.C. office.
