Switzerland/U.S.: Kuehne & Nagel Pays $28 Million To Settle U.S. Antitrust Class Action

Kuehne & Nagel International AG, a Swiss logistics company, said it would pay 28 million USD to settle an antitrust suit in the U.S. The allegation against Kuehne & Nagel for anticompetitive practices is in relation to surcharges for freight forwarding services.
