Munters and Manufacturas Metálicas Madrileñas face proceedings for exclusivity agreement

Spain’s Comisión Nacional de la Competencia has brought formal proceedings against Munters and Manufacturas Metálicas Madrileñas (MMM). The Army’s Logistics Support Command had filed a report claiming that Munters granted MMM an exclusivity arrangement for the distribution of its products to the Spanish Ministry of Defence. Other parties were thereby blocked from participating in tenders organized by the Ministry.
