DOJ looking into DirecTV, Dish most-favored-nation clauses with TV networks

Bloomberg Businessweek reports that DirecTV and Dish Network Corp. have received civil investigative demands from the DOJ. The requests are in connection with a probe that is investigating whether pay-TV cable providers such as Comcast and Time Warner are hindering competition from Internet video companies.
