P.F. Chang’s China Bistro has announced early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for Wok Acquisition Corp.’s proposed acquisition of all outstanding shares of common stock. Wok Acquisition is a new entity wholly owned by funds advised by Centerbridge Partners, a private investment firm. It offered to buy all P.F. Chang common stock for $51.50 per share in cash.
