 |  May 13, 2012

Ballast Nedam, a Dutch construction and engineering company, was fined 14.5 million euros in 2003 for violations of the competition law from 1998 to 2001. The Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal will review the NMa’s reduction and then issue a final ruling.
