The Federal Trade Commission is seeking public comment on the sale of Heritage Propane Express by Energy Transfer Partners to JP Energy Partners. Under the terms of the FTC settlement approving AmeriGas’s acquisition of Energy Transfer Partners’ propane assets, Energy Transfer Partners must sell Heritage Propane Express. Furthermore, the sale must obtain prior approval by the FTC. Public comment on the sale to JP Energy will be accepted until May 18, 2012.
