DOJ issues subpoena to Corning for car product antitrust investigation

Corning disclosed in a Form 8-K SEC filing that it has received a subpoena from a federal grand jury investigating antitrust violations involving car products. Specific products being probed include catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters, substrates and monoliths. Corning is to produce relevant documents to the DOJ. The subpoena was issued in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
