Public comment sought for Telstra’s Independent Telecommunications Adjudicator

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission seeks public comment on Telstra’s establishment of an Independent Telecommunications Adjudicator (ITA). The ITA is required under Telstra’s structural separation undertaking. For the ITA to be established, the ACCC must approve an ITA Constitution, a Charter of Independence and the appointment of an ITA Adjudicator.
